Tarte au Citron Meringue is the latest flavour to join Carte D'Or French-inspired Signature range.
Comprising a meringue topped lemon dairy ice cream infused with limoncello sauce and biscuit pieces. The poroduct targets the over 45 shopper looking for luxury ice cream.
The range has generated £2.6m in value sales so far. A 450ml tub has a rrp of £3.69 and comes in cases of eight.
